Detailing Specialist

We have an immediate opening for a detailing specialist to help serve our ever-growing customer base in our brand new, state-of-the-art facility! A detail specialist is responsible for keeping all vehicles in "like new" condition ... both inside and out. A detail specialist is also responsible for getting a vehicle ready for the front line by balancing efficiency and quality to maintain a high rate of turn.


Detail Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Clean interior and exterior of all new and used inventory vehicles
  • Maintain detail on all lot vehicles as needed and or requested
  • Sold vehicle (new and used) prep for customers
  • Service loaner prep (after each customer use)
  • Maintain detail on all lot vehicles as needed and or requested
  • Sold vehicle (new and used) prep for customers
  • Service loaner prep (after each customer use)

A Detail Specialist must be able to:

  • Be professional, flexible, reliable and follow instructions

  • Have a valid driver's license

  • Lift up to 40 lbs.

Parts Consultant

We have an immediate opening for a parts consultant to help serve our ever-growing customer base in our brand new, state-of-the-art facility! The auto industry is very exciting, fast-paced, and extremely rewarding with great earning potential. Lundgren's sells two of the top American auto brands, Ford and Lincoln. The dealership consists of new and pre-owned vehicle sales, parts and service.


Our parts consultants are responsible for answering questions and educating customers to assist them in finding the proper parts for their vehicles. If that is you, please join the loyal, dedicated staff at Lundgren's that strives to provide the community with top-notch service.


Responsibilities:

  • Become a product knowledge expert

  • Present, demonstrate, and educate customers on specific parts

  • Assist customers in finding the correct parts for their vehicles

  • Regularly contact existing and potential customers to make them aware of manufacturer special offers

  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

  • Utilize computer software to keep organized and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Enjoy working with the public

  • Previous customer service/sales experience

  • Understanding of basic mechanical concepts

  • Familiarity with computer software/typing

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Detail-oriented

  • Have a desire to succeed, a positive attitude and self-motivation

  • Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and Saturdays

  • A valid driver's license
