Eveleth Veterans Park

Eveleth Veterans Park is located just outside of Eveleth and offers many different activities for all ages. The park has a beach, picnic areas, and playground equipment, as well as a 1/2-mile walking path around the lake. There is also a shelter available for rent and cabins available for rent by reservation only.

The park also has two boat launches for fishing on the lake, which is open year-round. This park is great for the whole family! There is plenty of room for everyone to play, whether you want to relax in the sun or swim in the water!

Bear Head Lake State Park

Bear Head Lake State Park is a great place for family fun. It features a beach, boat launch, and campground. The park also has a picnic area, playground, and hiking trails. You can fish or swim at the beach, go boating on Lake Vermilion and rent paddle boats or kayaks at the marina.
