The V6 also delivers a ride that feels more powerful; it produces 400 horsepower and 415 lb.-ft of torque compared to the base engine’s 300 horsepower and 310 lb.-ft of torque.

Spacious Interior

There’s plenty of room for passengers and cargo in the Ford Explorer. It has a maximum cargo volume of 85.8 cubic feet. You’ll need to fold down the middle and rear rows to expand the cargo area to this size. With these rows up, you’ve got 18.2 cubic feet to fill up with your cargo.
There’s also plenty of room to stretch your legs in the Explorer. Each row has close to 40 inches of room for your legs and around 40 inches of headroom to make sure you don’t feel cramped during your ride.

Great Cabin Comforts
